Sales Development Representative / Sr. Sales Development Representative

We are looking for talented candidates who are good with prospecting and can help our executive leadership team to connect with the prospects. To be considered for this Sales Development Representative / Sr. Sales Development Representative position you should have previous B2B inside sales experience from US market. Should have sound knowledge of SAAS environment and sales. You should be fully PC literate and should have an enthusiastic and friendly approach. Calls are not scripted but there can be a script guide available whilst you become comfortable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively search for new prospects.
  • Communicating with prospects, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Develop a personal pipeline of prospects for sales appointments.
  • Understanding prospects needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answering potential customer’s questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of Inside sales experience from US market.
  • Ready to work for US shift and flexible with timings.
  • Proven experience of making outbound calls to senior decision makers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Good with initiating conversations on LinkedIn, emails, and phone calls.
  • Strong organizational, planning, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Above average skills in MS Office suite (Word, Excel and PPT) & should have worked on a CRM (SalesLoft experience is a plus).
  • Proven ability to collaborate with virtual team members.
  • Drive to continually improve your sales skills through on-the-job coaching, self-learning.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing including basic selling principles and solution selling methods; should be able to discover prospects pain points by using probing techniques and effectively address each one of them.
