InsightPro Sales Executive

MDI NetworX is looking for a Sales Executive to focus on promoting and selling InsightPro, our flagship platform for claims quality and customer service optimization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare technology and a proven track record in solution-based sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively drive sales of InsightPro to health plans, benefit administrators, and healthcare networks.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to tailor InsightPro demonstrations to client requirements.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders, including QA leaders and claims managers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and position InsightPro as a cutting-edge solution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Develop sales strategies aligned with organizational goals and market dynamics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in SaaS or healthcare technology solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of claims processing, QA workflows, and customer service operations in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical features into client benefits.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
