Product Manager

As a Product Manager at InsightPro, you will act as the bridge between business goals, customer needs, and technical execution. You will own the product lifecycle, define the roadmap, and work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional AI-driven solutions that meet market demands and exceed user expectations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Vision

  • Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Identify and prioritize market opportunities through user research, competitive analysis, and industry trends.

2. Roadmap Ownership

  • Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with stakeholder priorities.
  • Balance short-term deliverables with long-term innovation.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related communication.

4. Customer-Centric Approach

  • Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights and validate product ideas.
  • Incorporate customer feedback into the product development process.

5. Execution & Delivery

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Lead agile development cycles, write detailed requirements, and prioritize feature backlogs.

6. Go-To-Market Coordination

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to create effective go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging.
  • Train internal teams on product features and benefits to ensure successful launches.


Requirements

1. Experience

  • Proven experience (4+ years) as a Product Manager, preferably in AI, SaaS, or analytics platforms.
  • A strong track record of successfully launching and scaling technology products.

2. Skills & Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics technologies.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with product management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.

3. Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership and communication abilities to manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate needs into product solutions.

4. Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with B2B SaaS or AI platforms.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management best practices.
