Sales Development Representative

To play a crucial role in the sales pipeline by setting appointments and ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads for the sales team.

This role involves creating sales opportunities and fostering relationships with prospective clients. Collaborate with sales leadership to oversee various prospecting client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus on reaching out to new prospects (email, phone, social media) and research, develop, grow, and maintain an active and robust sales pipeline.
  • Analyze business using sales reports (CRM) and work with marketing to determine customer needs and develop a strategic plan to build a sales pipeline.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in multitasking with excellent organizational skills.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and association meetings to promote products and programs.
  • Maintain comprehensive notes/records in CRM and handle all administrative duties efficiently.
  • Travel to customers when necessary to support the closing process.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
  • 3-5 years’ experience
  • Healthcare SaaS Sales Experience is preferred; consideration is for self-motivated applicants with a strong desire to be in sales.
  • Experience with cold calling techniques for prospective clients.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to resolve critical problems.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator reports, Slack, Monday.com, Hubspot, and Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations.
  • Assertive self-starter who can influence others and make connections quickly.
  • Proven ability to work independently and productively in a remote office setting.
