This role involves creating sales opportunities and fostering relationships with prospective clients. Collaborate with sales leadership to oversee various prospecting client campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on reaching out to new prospects (email, phone, social media) and research, develop, grow, and maintain an active and robust sales pipeline.
- Analyze business using sales reports (CRM) and work with marketing to determine customer needs and develop a strategic plan to build a sales pipeline.
- Demonstrate proficiency in multitasking with excellent organizational skills.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and association meetings to promote products and programs.
- Maintain comprehensive notes/records in CRM and handle all administrative duties efficiently.
- Travel to customers when necessary to support the closing process.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience
- Healthcare SaaS Sales Experience is preferred; consideration is for self-motivated applicants with a strong desire to be in sales.
- Experience with cold calling techniques for prospective clients.
- Creative thinking and the ability to resolve critical problems.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator reports, Slack, Monday.com, Hubspot, and Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations.
- Assertive self-starter who can influence others and make connections quickly.
- Proven ability to work independently and productively in a remote office setting.
